This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Application irrespective of whether you are a registered user or not, and forms part of the Terms of Service (ToS). All definitions and abbreviations used herein are same as those mentioned in the ToS.

  1. Introduction

    BH.AI may collect certain information from you while you utilise the services provided by the Application. This application is strictly meant for business and we only collect business data and information to provide you with the best services. WE DO NOT COLLECT OR ACCESS ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOU UNLESS YOU PROVIDE THEM. WE SHALL NOT BY ANY MEANS BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS. This policy aims to provide you with an insight on what are the information we collect from you, the purpose of such collection, how we use such information etc. You are advised to carefully read this document. Please do not use the Application if you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or the ToS.

  2. Collection of Information and Why We Collect

    1. When you install BH.AI as a Registered Entity or Authorised User, we collect your organisational details like the mobile number (on which this application is installed) business name, business details, email ID etc., solely for the purpose of registering you and your entity. We urge you not to provide any personal details and use only the business details like business email ID instead of a personal email.
    2. We collect your entity’s sales and financial data for the purpose of providing you, our services. By analysing this data, our AI would provide you various valuable business insights, for example cashflow details, etc. Your customer data including their phone numbers, names, addresses, and organisation name would be collected by us to send instant messages regarding due dates and due amounts. We also collect your usage data in our platform, collecting of certain Information Cookies and sharing with analytic platform for analysis to understand your needs and priority on our platform and thereby tailor our services to suit you better.
    3. We access your business social media accounts that you provide to us solely for the purpose of provide insights to customers on digital footprint. We urge you not to provide your personal social media details or handles during registration.
    4. Our application will have access to your SMS strictly for reading the OTP. Our application do not have access to nor will it access your personal messages or messages that does not originate from BH.AI.
    5. We have access to chat records, phone records, emails etc., when you communicate or interact with us. This is solely for the purpose of improving user interaction. We access these data only when you interact with us and we do not have access to your personal or other phone records, chat records emails etc. which is not related to any interaction with us.
    6. Our third-party payment aggregator may have access to your financial transaction information related to your business, made through BH.AI. This data will not be shared with us. We or our payment aggregator do not have access to your personal banking/card information or transactional data provided you do not to use your personal banking details or personal credit cards while doing your business transactions.

  3. Sharing your data

    We do not access, store or share any personal data. We may share de-identified aggregated business data to third parties, for the purpose of completing the work flow of the application and to provide analytical data like charts and graph to you.
